- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've had my braces since October of 2016 and unil about a few months ago I never had any problems! I had an appointment in June and while I was in there they told me that my Payments were covered until the end of June. A few weeks after this appointment I got a phone call saying that my account was three months past due! I proceeded to tell them what they told me a few weeks ago and they said they must have read the computer wrong and didn't do anything to fix it! Then today I go in and ask about a discount my friend had told me that she go for not having insurance. The women said while LAUGHING at me said "no, we don't cut you a break for not having insurance" I felt very embarrassed and disrespected! I am finding that their employees are extremely rude and disrespectful. All I have to say is I'm glad I'm moving soon and switching doctors!!June 03, 2017by Kelly Engle
