- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Upset doesn't describe what I am. 3 weeks ago my girlfriend took in a packet to be filled out allowing her to be able to have snacks and such for a large entry exam for her Masters at OSU. She gets low blood sugar easily. So she spent a day putting together a packet with instructions and layouts and all that. She's called every couple days and always got told "it's on his desk" or that "he had seen it and would get it done shortly." So today. 3 weeks later they say "oh we have no record of that. We don't have record of your calls, and there's no packet anywhere" WASTE OF TIME. She's waiting for this one letter to start her Masters application and it just vanished.
