  Staff, in particular Joni, is incredibly rude! Will be finding another medical provider immediately. In addition to consistently putting you on hold and finding ways to pass the buck, they misdiagnosed my husband and told him he was fine. Oh, except for that 85% BLOCKAGE OF THE LAD!! Fortunately it was found by another doctor before he dropped dead.

  I can't say I hated my experiences in going to Leahy Family Care, however I am incredibly displeased. Dr. Leahy himself is alright at best. I personally didn't feel like he was listening to me when I visited his office. His treatment play was okay; it wasn't anything astounding and didn't help me very much. However, due to the carelessness of his office staff, I was never even given the opportunity to voice my opinions at a follow up appointment. My most recent appointment was set for a day when Leahy was out of the office, and as I was told by the woman I spoke with on the phone, "the office is technically closed!" Every time I call in, I am put on hold. The medical assistants, if they are even certified, have no concept of phone-triage. On top of this, at my last visit I was told that I'd be called as soon as possible to schedule a time at a practice I was being referred to for an issue that is critical to my health. I was never called. I was also never called for any kind of reminder about my visit. I personally will not be returning to this practice and will be advising any local friends and family to look elsewhere for their healthcare. This kind of unreliability shouldn't go unchecked.
